By using Voice Morph, you agree to these terms. If you disagree, please do not use the service.

2. Service Description

Voice Morph provides AI-powered voice conversion. You upload audio, select a target voice, and receive converted audio. The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use Voice Morph to:

• Impersonate another person without their consent
• Create fraudulent or deceptive content
• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Harass, abuse, or harm others
• Circumvent rate limits or abuse the service

4. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to the audio you upload and the converted output. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any audio you submit for conversion.

5. Payments & Refunds

Pro subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. You can cancel anytime. Refunds are available within 7 days of initial purchase if unsatisfied.

6. Limitation of Liability

Voice Morph is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
